Week 14 - (Fat Burn Phase)aka. Jimmy's dooms day

Sup everyone, its been a while since i updated. I finished school and moved back home...
I know i promised to deliver abs by May 1st, well.... the abs arent quite out yet, but im on the right track i suppose. I started this 3 day out of a week no carb diet, the results are pretty good.One of the bad things about losing weight is all the clothe you had before becomes baggy thug wear lol...

Anyways I'm gonna be leaving to China next week for Co-op, unfortunately im going to be gone this whole summer. Im not sure if I can access Blogspot.com in China, but if i can i will keep updating my pursue of abs.

As for my competitor Mr. Jimmy Nguyen, I will come see you soon ;)

Based on my experience, eating right is definitely the most important aspect of "leaning out", i would say it accounts for atleast 60% of everything.

Situational Training - Week 12

So this week I been doing morning cardios... The result is pretty darn good, i strongly recommand anyone thats trying to lean out to do so. It is kind of a pain in the ass, cause ur all lazy and grumpy in the morning... and keeping a high energy level without eating any food is definitely a hard thing to do. BUT... when you look at the upside, it burns straight blubber and you can get away with eating stuff ur not suppose to.

Gotta eat healthy

4 egg whites + 10 oz? steak + some veggies
perfect dinner for after the gym, i usually add some rice with my meals.. but i guess being lazy can also benefit u at times

when u close the gates to junk food for too long u get really deprived, and as soon as you get a tate of that sexy barbque chicken wing, all hell breaks lose.. eating binges for the lose!

but its all good, theres nothing that running on the treadmill cant fix

Alright so this has been a pretty slack week (St. Patricks Day). But regardless no time for excuses, it's that time of year for exams and final papers to be handed so I am going to have to do mourning cardio and save the night time for school work. BTW Neo, I know you are jealous of my beard takes a real man to have one of those, something little girls like you who wear dresses have no idea about.

Week 8 - Resistance Training

Ok Imma be honest, my diets been crap cause i tend to get too lazy to cook when i have a lot of school work. I had like 3 major essay due and it resulted in a shit load of take out chinese food. Eating out definitely takes a toll on your mid section. Its actually pretty weird because the fat around my stock is really soft now, before it was like hard. Now its all mushy and I can feel all the fat cells or cellulites (w.e U call em) in very vague detail. It's actually pretty cool, kinda feels like squeezing stero-foam placed under your skin....( just incase you've never weighed over 160 pds and dont know what it feels like)

I'm gonna stop eating out and start making real food. Must resist carbs!!!!
I just went grocey shopping today and I discovered Extra Lean Ground Turkey. I highly recommand it cause ground meat tastes GOOD and its really high in protein, low fat. I thikn its like 20G protein/ 150G or something. Which is really high for potentially tasty food.
Weighed myself today and I'm currently at 208 lbs... Which is actually less than I was expecting cause I have been loading up on protein.
My goal for May 1st would be to weight about 200 pounds, and be at 14% body fat range. Please excuse the facial expression. I have no idea how ppl smile and look good when they flex, must take a lot of practice cause everytime i take a picture my facial expression looks like im constipated.
Its nice to see that my competition has finally returned, after living in a cave for the past 5 weeks (the beard). And please dont hate on the "man boobs", you gotta hit puberty first before you can develop them lol . Im out like Jimmy's pancake arms

Week 7 ( Strength)

Still trying to recover/reduce the fat gained from reading week. Current weight is at 210 lbs, but the weight is not my main concern. I can easily drop 5 lbs in like 15 days if I cut my eating. I'm more concerned with losing my Body fat %, and I'm trying to lose minimum muscle while shredding down.

Strength phase is probably my favourate because you can see/feel the gains in strength and muscle size.... It's like a payday from all the bitch conditioning work outs I did in my previous weeks.

Shout outs to my work out partner Thomas aka. Big Spoon. He got his chest/shoulder/back w.e the fuk muscle torned cause he got tackled into the snow by two 120lbs chinese kids. (pussy) Get well soon, cause I can almost bench a plate too now ;)

Ladies that are down to run them late night cardio missionz, or down to do them late night deadlifts/squats holla at your boy ;)

The mid section still needs ALOT of work, Ill see you on the treadmill...

Week: 6 (Strength)
First week back from reading week. You can definitely see that my mid section has increased a thin layer of fat on top. Trying to catch up on cardio, ease off drinking and get my diet back. Still in strength phase, getting stronger but not leaner :(

I was watching this show on SLICE network called X-WEIGHTED. The nutritionist came to one of the fat girls house and checked her fridge, found a shit load of "DIET" drinks and threw them out. Apparently aspartame kills your metabolism (aside from the 100000000 other negative side effects).
This was kind of a wake up call for me, because during reading week my momskers bought a 2-4 of Diet coke and I pretty much finished the whole box.

I admit I have a soft spot for "DIET" drinks because it's like a way of obtaining the pleasure without trade-offs. However I feel that this is one of the main reasons why I gained a lot of fat during the reading week and its time to throw that habit out the window.

Week - 5 (Slack, Reading Week Fail)

This week was particularly unproductive week because of my Birthday (excessive drinking) and the reading week (excessive drinking). Definitely put on a layer of fat. I cannot maintain a good eating pattern and a normal sleeping pattern when Im in Toronto.

This is also the first week of my strength phase, I definitely increased alot of strength.

Rules of Engagement

So the situation is basically like this, Jimmy and I been "big boned" since kids and we made a bet to see who would get abs (or who in general looks leaner and cut) by May 1st, 2010 6:00 pm EST. The loser of the bet will have to dress in a Wig/Lipstick/Female Tank Top/Skirt/Heels, take a picture and use the picture as facebook display for a minimum of 4 days (96 hrs). We will be updating pictures every week to keep track of our progression.

Aside from the purpose of Jimmy trying to attract attention from Single promiscuous female Ryerson students. This blog is created for everyone to see the progression and make sure that the loser wont bitch out and flop on the bet.
