Week 8 - Resistance Training

Ok Imma be honest, my diets been crap cause i tend to get too lazy to cook when i have a lot of school work. I had like 3 major essay due and it resulted in a shit load of take out chinese food. Eating out definitely takes a toll on your mid section. Its actually pretty weird because the fat around my stock is really soft now, before it was like hard. Now its all mushy and I can feel all the fat cells or cellulites (w.e U call em) in very vague detail. It's actually pretty cool, kinda feels like squeezing stero-foam placed under your skin....( just incase you've never weighed over 160 pds and dont know what it feels like)

I'm gonna stop eating out and start making real food. Must resist carbs!!!!
I just went grocey shopping today and I discovered Extra Lean Ground Turkey. I highly recommand it cause ground meat tastes GOOD and its really high in protein, low fat. I thikn its like 20G protein/ 150G or something. Which is really high for potentially tasty food.
Weighed myself today and I'm currently at 208 lbs... Which is actually less than I was expecting cause I have been loading up on protein.
My goal for May 1st would be to weight about 200 pounds, and be at 14% body fat range. Please excuse the facial expression. I have no idea how ppl smile and look good when they flex, must take a lot of practice cause everytime i take a picture my facial expression looks like im constipated.
Its nice to see that my competition has finally returned, after living in a cave for the past 5 weeks (the beard). And please dont hate on the "man boobs", you gotta hit puberty first before you can develop them lol . Im out like Jimmy's pancake arms
