Gotta eat healthy

4 egg whites + 10 oz? steak + some veggies
perfect dinner for after the gym, i usually add some rice with my meals.. but i guess being lazy can also benefit u at times

when u close the gates to junk food for too long u get really deprived, and as soon as you get a tate of that sexy barbque chicken wing, all hell breaks lose.. eating binges for the lose!

but its all good, theres nothing that running on the treadmill cant fix

  1. Eating all that protein without more carbs is kidney suicide. Without restoring your glycogen (muscle sugar), most of that protein is going to waste. Less carbs = more work by the kidneys to filter out the protein.
    You need to eat simple carbs before and after workout. If you drink a protein shake after a workout without carbs first, that protein is all going to waste. Also, with every meal except the one before bed, you should eat complex carbs not including vegetables. The amount varies depending on your diet, but even if you are trying to lose weight, there still needs to be complex carbs present.
