Situational Training - Week 12

So this week I been doing morning cardios... The result is pretty darn good, i strongly recommand anyone thats trying to lean out to do so. It is kind of a pain in the ass, cause ur all lazy and grumpy in the morning... and keeping a high energy level without eating any food is definitely a hard thing to do. BUT... when you look at the upside, it burns straight blubber and you can get away with eating stuff ur not suppose to.

Gotta eat healthy

4 egg whites + 10 oz? steak + some veggies
perfect dinner for after the gym, i usually add some rice with my meals.. but i guess being lazy can also benefit u at times

when u close the gates to junk food for too long u get really deprived, and as soon as you get a tate of that sexy barbque chicken wing, all hell breaks lose.. eating binges for the lose!

but its all good, theres nothing that running on the treadmill cant fix
